Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1 is an upcoming popular movie of 2021 which is actually a Telugu movie. It is an action thriller directed and written by Sukumar. At the same time, the film was produced in collaboration with Mithri Movie Makers Muttamceti Media.
The film stars Allu Arjun in the title role alongside Fahad Fasil (in his Telugu debut) and Rashmika Mandanna. The first of the two cinematic sections, the plot is based on the smuggling of red sandalwood in the Seshachalam hills of the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh.
The music of the film is directed by Devi Sri Prasad, filmed and edited by Miroslav Kuba Brozek and Kartika Srinivas respectively. The film is scheduled to release in Telugu on December 17, 2021, with versions dubbed in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi.
